TOHO animation is returning to Anime Expo 2026 with a major booth, bringing several of anime’s biggest current franchises together in one show floor destination.

Located at SH - 3106, the booth will invite fans to step through the iconic arch inspired by the TOHO animation circle logo and into a vibrant space inspired by a rich legacy of anime storytelling and beloved characters. Visitors can expect large-scale visuals, interactive installations, dynamic photo opportunities, giveaways, and a retail area with convention-exclusive merchandise and limited-edition collectibles.

This year’s TOHO animation booth also puts a spotlight on two major anniversaries: the 10-year anniversary of My Hero Academia and the 5-year anniversary of JUJUTSU KAISEN. Fans will also find immersive displays and highly shareable activations tied to hit series such as Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End, The Apothecary Diaries, and Though I Am an Inept Villainess

Exclusive Giveaways Bring the Fun Beyond the Booth

Attendees can start their visit by picking up complimentary TOHO animation series badge clip-ons at the entrance. The designs will feature several TOHO animation series, letting fans customize their Anime Expo badges with a favorite title from an incredible lineup, including My Hero Academia, JUJUTSU KAISEN, Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End, The Apothecary Diaries, SPY x FAMILY, Though I Am an Inept Villainess, and Kaiju No. 8

The booth will include an integrated retail area offering fans access to exclusive convention-only merchandise and limited-edition collectibles inspired by TOHO animation’s celebrated anime catalog.

There will also be exclusive giveaways throughout the weekend. One featured item is a blind bag containing a mini clip-on shopper with a reusable eco-bag inside. Each larger bag features a chibi design based on one of four series: My Hero Academia, JUJUTSU KAISEN, Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End, or The Apothecary Diaries. Fans can reveal their design, keep it, or swap with friends to find their favorite. The giveaway will be limited to one per guest.

Fans who are not attending Anime Expo will still have a chance to join in. TOHO animation’s social channels will host giveaways featuring exclusive Anime Expo merchandise and shikishi boards signed by voice actors. Entrants must be 18 or older and based in the U.S. Anime Expo attendance is not required to enter.
